YANMAR Diesel-powered, portable, high-volume, self-priming trash pumps have a cast iron impeller to resist abrasion. They feature one-tool serviceability for easy cleanout. All pumps feature an aluminum housing, cast iron wear parts, a built-in check valve, a suction strainer, and a painted heavy-duty steel roll frame. The pumps also feature heavy-duty cast iron flanges with male NPT threads. The flanges can be rotated in 90-degree increments and come with an easy-access fill plug on the discharge.

During your rental period, please perform the following tasks:
• Pre-Operation Checks:
• Visual Inspection: Check for fuel or oil leaks and verify oil and coolant levels are within recommended ranges.
• Fuel and Oil Use: Only use automotive diesel fuel and 15W40 diesel engine oil (do not use oil designed for gasoline engines).
• Operational Monitoring:
• Load Management: Operate within the water pump's rated capacity to avoid engine strain.
• Issue Reporting: Contact our service team immediately if you notice abnormal performance or unusual sounds.
Post-Operation Duties:
• Follow proper shutdown procedures to prevent engine damage.
• Handle and store fuel safely.
• Return the pump with a full fuel tank.
Scheduled Maintenance (For Extended Rentals)
• For more extended rental periods, additional maintenance may be necessary:
• Oil and Filter Changes:
• Our service team will schedule oil changes every 50 hours using 15W40 diesel engine oil.
• Customers should log usage hours to facilitate maintenance scheduling.
• In-Depth Inspections:
• Periodic inspections will be arranged during extended rentals; please ensure the generator is accessible during these scheduled checks.
Rental Terms and Conditions
Fuel Policy:
• The water pump may be provided without fuel for safety and transport.
• Usage Logging:
Please log the water pump usage hours for extended rentals to help schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with warranty terms.
Damage Liability:
